About the Role
The Community Healthcare Coordinator will plan and run our monthly medical camps, manage relationships with volunteer doctors and partner clinics, and maintain health records for community members.
Responsibilities
- Organise 2 medical camps per month in coordination with visiting doctors
- Maintain a confidential health database for regular patients
- Liaise with government health schemes to enrol eligible community members
- Manage ORS, first-aid, and basic medicine inventory
- Write impact reports for donors after each camp
What we’re looking for
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in nursing, public health, or social work
- 2+ years of field health coordination experience
- Proficiency in Hindi; English a plus
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for field visits
Preferred
- Experience with refugee or marginalized populations
- Familiarity with government health insurance schemes (PMJAY, etc.)
